Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a history of COVID-19 infection; Age ranged from 30 to 80 years old, both sexes; Respiratory symptoms maintained for at least 2 months or more; Standing balance grade 3; MMSE>=24; the vital signs were stable, and the training could be completed for 40 minutes; no exercise habits; Informed about the trial and voluntarily participated in the trial research; Patients had good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with underlying diseases, COVID-19 complications, or diseases with the same symptoms; History of congenital thoracic deformity, rib fracture or other orthopedic or spinal diseases, chest or abdominal surgery; patients with seizures requiring medication, uncontrolled hypertension, aortic aneurysm, severe hyperthyroidism, and pregnant women; other nervous system diseases that may affect respiratory muscles; patients with severe cognitive/articulation/swallowing disorders and severe aphasia; subjects who have recently participated in other similar research; Patients with a history of major surgery within six months; Patients with a history of joint injury who are not suitable to participate in sports and fitness exercises.
