Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Western medicine diagnosis: according to the health industry standard of the People's Republic of China - dietary guidance for patients with hyperuricemia and gout (WS/T 560-2017): under normal diet, fasting blood was collected twice on the same day, and the biochemical indexes were measured by uricase method: blood uric acid was higher than 420 µmol/L in men and 360 µmol/L in women. Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis: The "Diagnostic Criteria for the Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes" in the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China", "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Efficacy Standards for Internal Diseases" and "Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China" were adopted, and patients who met the criteria for damp heat and stasis were included in the scope of the study. 1. Patients with hyperuricemia who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2. Patients with hyperuricemia who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Patients with hyperuricemia between the ages of 20-60 years with relatively stable blood pressure (within the standard range).range ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had taken antibiotics in the past three months ; 2.Factors that may affect the changes of intestinal flora such as gastrointestinal diseases and metabolic diseases ; 3. Diabetes, hyperthyroidism, liver and kidney dysfunction and various cancers after radiotherapy or chemotherapy that can lead to nucleic acid metabolism ; 4. Renal non-gout stones, renal failure and other kidney diseases ; 5. Recent use of dihydrocortisone, pyrazinamides and other drugs that can promote the excretion of uric acid. 6.Alcoholism, mental illness and pregnancy.
