18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Postoperative patient; 3.ICU admission time =24h; 4.Patients without early contraindications such as fracture;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Delirium has developed on admission; 2.Neurological disease or organic brain injury, deep coma; 3.Minors, mental patients, senile dementia and other persons without capacity for civil conduct; 4.Individuals with cognitive impairments, hearing impairments, and other factors who are unable to communicate; 5.Second admission to surgical ICU;
