Interventions

Early multiple acid stimulation group:Patients in the early multiple acid stimulation group started taking lemon lozenges half an hour after taking 131I orally. Within the first 6 hours after taking 1
control group:The control group received acid stimulation with lemon slices every 4 hours after oral administration of 131I

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent 131I radiation ablation for the first time after DTC surgery; (2) Age over 18 years old (children and adolescents have higher radiation sensitivity).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have previously received chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy for any other malignant tumors; (2) There are related diseases, such as Sjogren's syndrome, salivary gland lumps, human immunodeficiency virus infection or autoimmune diseases, and previous salivary gland inflammation.
