Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective thoracotomy cardiac surgery; 2.The age of the patient >= 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who could not understand the corresponding scale before surgery, had difficulty communicating or refused to participate in the study; 2. Patients who had osteoarthritis, lower limb fractures, limb disabilities, deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs or atria before surgery and could not cooperate in completing the assessment of physical function; 3. Patients who had not had an abdominal CT scan within 3 months before surgery; 4. Patients who could not be contacted by phone after surgery.
