Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Second trimester (14-28 weeks); 2.No medical or surgical complications; 3.Physical signs or ultrasound indicated cervical canal dilation > 1-2cm, or continuous ultrasound indicated cervical canal <= 25mm and progressive shortening which requires medical intervention, or the orifice of the uterus opening with or without amniotic sac protruding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-pregnancy or early pregnancy prophylactic cervical cerclage; 2.Obvious uterine contractions, massive vaginal bleeding and clinical signs of chorioamnionitis, such as temperature>=38?, vaginal discharge odor, maternal heart rate>=100 beats/min, fetal heart rate>=160 beats/min, maternal peripheral blood white blood cells>=15mmol/L, uterine irritation, uterine body tenderness, etc.
