Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic onset, persistent dull pain in the shoulder, pain aggravated at night; At least 2 groups of active and passive shoulder flexion, extension, abduction or rotation movements on the affected side had a limited range of movement greater than 30° (compared with the healthy side); The ultrasound or MRI examination of the affected shoulder joint was consistent with the image findings of the primary frozen shoulder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Shoulder joint X-ray, ultrasound or MRI examination suggested shoulder fracture, shoulder dislocation, rotator cuff tear or calcifying tendinitis; Previous history of shoulder joint trauma or surgery; Shoulder pain caused by cervical spondylosis, coronary heart disease, tumor, neuropathy and other diseases; Had received shoulder joint injection treatment before entering the group.
