Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing single-level TLIF surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with endplate inflammation Modic type III; (2) Bone mineral density T value <=-4.0; (3) Patients with previous lumbar deformity, tumor, surgery and infection; (4) Patients with intellectual disabilities, dementia and other diseases, or drug abuse who cannot cooperate with treatment.
