65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with unilateral hip fracture; 2. 85> age>=65 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 4. Unilateral hip fracture treatment under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe untreated or medically uncontrolled hypertension (SBP>=180mmHg or DBP>=110mmHg); 2. Presence of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, acute cerebral infarction, etc.) before surgery; 3. Continuous infusion of vasopressor drugs before entering the operating room; 4. Presence of psychiatric or neurological diseases; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular system diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency and other systemic diseases; 6. Patients participating in other clinical studies; 7. Patient's refusal to sign informed consent; 8. Patients with bilateral hip fractures or multiple fractures; 9. Age>=85 years.
