Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with stroke (including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke) by qualified clinical physicians according to the Chinese Guidelines for Stroke Prevention and Treatment (2021 edition); 2.In the recovery phase of stroke, with a disease course exceeding 2 weeks, stable vital signs, and no disease progression; 3.Presence of limb motor dysfunction, diagnosed as hemiplegia; 4. Be between the ages of 18 and 65.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Limb motor dysfunction caused by other diseases; 2.Presence of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairments that hinder the ability to cooperate with rehabilitation training and auricular vagus nerve electrical stimulation therapy; 3.Unstable vital sign; 4.Conditions such as implanted cardiac pacemakers, uncontrolled epilepsy, a history of vasovagal syncope, or other contraindications to auricular vagus nerve electrical stimulation.
