Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status III to ?; 2) selective cardiac surgery under CPB; 3) aged >= 18 years old; 4) with complete clinical data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with secondary extracorporeal circulation surgery; 2) Nerve, cognitive dysfunction; 3) Be known to be allergic to related drugs; 4) Be pregnant; 5) Preoperative chronic renal insufficiency (serum creatinine concentration > 2.0mg/dl) or impaired liver function (serum bilirubin concentration > 1.2mg/dl); 6) Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse or long-term pain treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids before surgery; 7) The main intraoperative and postoperative indicators of patients could not be obtained through the case system and Patients who could not complete the SF12-V2 . 8) Data loss during follow-up; 9) Patients died during hospitalization; 10) Other special cases that may affect the statistical results.
