Q group:0.25% levobupivacaine 30 ml + 200 mg triamcinolone

D group:0.25% levobupivacaine 30 ml + 5 mg dexamethasone

P group:0.25% levobupivacaine 30 ml + 1 ml saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent clavicle fracture surgery in Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years old, ASA class I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics or study drugs; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Patients who have been treated with glucocorticoids within the past month; 4. Pregnant or lactating females; 5. Patients with minors or advanced age (>=70 years).
