Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtained the approval and consent of the medical Ethics Committee of the hospital, and signed the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-85 years old; 3. ASA anesthesia grade I-III; 4.Elective total knee arthroplasty under anesthesia was performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; 2.Allergy to any medication used in this trial; 3.Pre-existing severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory system diseases, and liver or kidney function abnormalities; 4.History of chronic pain, long-term use of opioids, corticosteroids, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5.BMI >= 30 kg/m²; 6.Inability to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension, mental illness, etc.; 7.Patients enrolled in other trials.
