Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old =4 points and/or) number of outbursts>=3 times/day, and undergo intrathecal self-controlled analgesia system implantation, using hydromorphone as an intrathecal analgesic drug; 4. Have complete cognitive and behavioral ability, and the patient or his/her main family caregiver can independently use the WeChat platform and complete the scale filling; 5. Estimated survival > 3 months; 6. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from psychiatric illness or severe neuropathic disorder; 2. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Patients with tumor brain metastases.
