Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 months ~ 18 years old (DDH diagnosis and treatment guidelines recommend open reduction treatment for children over 18 months old); 2. Diagnosed with developmental hip dysplasia by clinical diagnosis; 3. Open reduction surgery; 4. The child and his or her primary caregiver are informed and agree to participate in this study; 5. The main caregiver of the child has the basic ability to use Internet platforms such as WeChat and QQ.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with underlying diseases affecting the child's gait, such as blood system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, and nervous system; 2. Suffering from diseases that affect hip development, such as sequelae of polio, congenital clubfoot, etc.; 3. Children with fractures and joint dislocations caused by non-rehabilitation training during the study period; 4. Communication impairment of the child's primary caregiver; 5. Those who dropped out of the study or lost to follow-up; 6. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the completion of the three-dimensional gait analysis test.
