Enteral Feeding Intolerance

Interventions

Control Group:Administer enteral nutrition formulations, with a target caloric intake of 30 kcal/kg·d for enteral nutrition.
Intervention Group:Administer enteral nutrition supplements with a target calorie intake of 30 kcal/kg·d, starting from the first day post-surgery. Additionally, use a dietary therapy formula of 25g/d

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed as laryngeal malignancy through pathological cytology examination; ?Planned to undergo partial or total laryngectomy, followed by nasogastric feeding and the placement of a nasogastric tube for more than 5 days post-surgery; ?Aware of the condition and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Not meeting the inclusion criteria mentioned above; ? Mental confusion; ? Postoperative parenteral nutrition support; ? Suffering from digestive system diseases.
