Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hematopoietic stem cell transplant donor enrollment criteria: 1.Donors volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent. 2.Donor NGS screening is performed before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our center, and the donor NGS screening report is available. 3.The recipients who received donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation survive and could be followed up for a long time. 4.The donor age and gender are not limited. 5.The donor information is available through the hospital case system. Hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients enrollment criteria: 1.The recipients volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent. 2.The donor NGS screening report is available. 3.The recipient age, sex and disease type are not limited. 4.The recipient information can be obtained through the hospital system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hematopoietic stem cell transplant donor exclusion criteria: 1.Donors have psychiatric disorders and are not eligible to participate in this study. 2.Donors suffer from serious organic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease. Hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients exclusion criteria: 1.Recipients have other tumors. 2.Recipients suffer from serious organic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease. 3.Recipients have psychiatric disorders. 4.Recipients are not followed up in our hospital.
