Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 16 years old and above; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for epilepsy proposed by the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) in 2017; 3. The subjects or their legal guardians voluntarily sign an informed consent form in accordance with institutional policies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who has contraindications for electroencephalogram (EEG) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations, and can't cooperate or refuse examinations, and has no ability to cooperate in completing all tasks of this study; 2. Unable to complete research due to mental illness, cognitive or emotional disorders; 3. Patients with larger lesions on MRI or those who have undergone surgical procedures; 4. Patients with other kind of progressive neurological disorders.
