Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years old; (2) nursing staff working in the oncology department or the ward of patients with chronic diseases; (3) voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nursing staff who are unwilling to participate in the study.
