Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PD prodromal group: patients aged 50 years who meet the 2015MDS-Parkinson's disease prodro>mal diagnostic criteria who meet the 2015MDS-Parkinson's disease prodromal stage diagnosis criteria from October 2020 to October 2023. Control group: healthy people
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: PD prodromal group: intracranial organic diseases, psychiatric diseases, severe systemic diseases, severe cognitive impairment, secondary parkinsonism and other extrapyramidal diseases and family history. Control group: history of other neurological diseases, such as dementia with Lewy bodies, Alzheimer's disease, craniocerebrovascular disease, etc., without history of psychotic medication.
