Study Group (Probiotics Group):Clostridium butyricum dual live bacteria powder is injected through gastric tube or taken orally
Control group (non-probiotic group):No probiotics were used.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Premature infants with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks and a birth weight of less than 1500 g. 2. Understand this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe congenital heart and lung malformations and digestive system diseases; 2. Those with inherited metabolic diseases; 3. Parents do not agree to participate in the researcher; 4. Other researchers believe that the clinical trial cannot be completed.
