Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Sputum culture positive and X-ray confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis 2 Voluntary Questionnaire and Drug Sensitivity Testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1 pulmonary tuberculosis supported by chest X-ray only; 2 tuberculosis in other parts of the body; 3 tuberculosis in other parts of the body; 2 tuberculosis in other parts of the body. Control group: 1 patients excluded from other lung diseases 2 outpatient treatment patients
