Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with primary liver cancer according to the Diagnostic and Treatment Criteria for Primary Liver Cancer (2024 edition) 3. Radical treatment is available in multidisciplinary consultation; 4. Patients with BCLC staging of A, B, Child-Pugh score A or B and ECOG PS score 0~2; 5. Patients voluntarily participated in this clinical study, understood and signed the informed consent, complied with the study requirements and had good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with residual or suspected residual tumor 1 month after radical surgery 2. Patients with other malignant tumors at the same time; 3. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction or severe thrombocytopenic purpura; 4. Patients with active infection of HIV, EBV, cytomegalovirus, syphilis, tuberculosis, etc. at the time of enrollment; 5. Patients with combined refractory ascites or severe portal hypertension; 6. Patients with combined severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal and other systemic insufficiency; 7. Patients with psychiatric disorders with an anticipated risk of treatment interruption, failure of efficacy assessment, inability to understand informed consent and poor compliance; 8. Pregnant women with combined autoimmune diseases.
