Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Entry criteria: 1.Patient age>18 years old; 2.For patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed for the first time, the examination after admission meets the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke, and is finally confirmed by CT or MRI.; 3.The patient or his family members sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-first acute ischemic stroke; 2.Have taken statins or Bette drugs within 1 month before the onset of the disease; 3.Malignant tumors, chronic liver disease, active liver disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, elevated alanine aminotransferase (greater than 3 times the normal upper limit), severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate <30ml/min), myopathy; 4.Patients with a life expectancy of less than 3 months or unable to complete the study for other reasons; 5.Patients that other researchers believe are not suitable for participating in the study.
