Interventions

Experimental group1(Phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome)(pre-intervention):Cangfu Daotan Decoction 150ml, once in the morning and once in the evening, treated for 30 days
Experimental group2(Phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome)(pre-intervention):Metformin 0.5g, once in the morning and once in the evening, treated for 30 days
Experimental group1(Phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome)(post-intervention):Cangfu Daotan Decoction 150ml, once in the morning and once in the evening, treated for 30 days
Control group(Inflammation or blockage of the fallopian tubes):None

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 20-40 years old; 2) Patients who have been admitted to our hospital in December 2026 after the approval of the ethics application; 3) have the need to have children; 4) diagnosis of PCOS according to the 2003 Rotterdam criteria; 5) Refer to the "Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine" for phlegm-dampness syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) All study subjects had no liver and kidney diseases, no thyroid, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, no hypertension, and no diabetes; 2) No history of hormone use in the past 3 months.
