Daily mindfulness group:The mindfulness practice audio for daily scenarios (e.g., walking, taking the subway, eating, drinking water) and psychological education materials
Psychoeducation group:Participants will engage with basic knowledge about emotions, mindfulness-related theories, attitudes, and practice techniques.
Conventional mindfulness group:Participants will complete daily text reading and audio practices, including MACT intervention audios (body scan, mindful eating, mindful stretching, mindful movement, m
Wait list group:Intervention will be given after the end of intervention treatment to the other groups

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Age between 18-65 years. b) No known health conditions that would affect participation in mindfulness and muscle relaxation (e.g., recent surgery, severe heart disease, etc.). c) No long-term regular practice experience (more than 3 months) in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, tai chi, or qigong. d) Not currently participating in any psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or other psychological interventions. e) No use of any psychotropic medications (e.g., antidepressants, anxiolytics, antipsychotics) in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Currently receiving psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or other psychological interventions.
