Control group:After the high-risk group was enrolled, the subjects could go to the corresponding designated hospitals with their ID cards to make an appointment for colonoscopy and receive follow-up t
Medical Nudge Group:Through the cohort system platform, the list of high-risk groups, the list of early screening without early treatment, and the list of people who did not complete the follow-up on
High-risk population Nudge Group:High-risk groups were reminded by text messages every two weeks until they completed the corresponding examination and treatment.
Medical + High-risk population Nudge Group:That is, the combination of the first two groups of interventions, which not only push the list to medical staff regularly through the cohort system platform

40 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Community people aged 40-74; 2.Living in the local area for 3 years or more; 3.No serious organ dysfunction or mental disorders; 4.Willing to participate and competent to accept questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with tumors; 2. People with other serious illnesses that cannot tolerate colonoscopy examnation;
