Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18~30kg/m^2 3. Expected operation time more than 2 hours for elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, and renal insufficiency. 2. Emergency surgery. 3. Participation in other clinical trials. 4. Already enrolled in this study. 5. Refused to participate.
