Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) meet the ICSD-3 criteria for the diagnosis of chronic insomnia disorder; b) meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in Chinese medicine practitioners; c) Age 18-65 years; d) Junior high school education or above; e) Right hand; f) PSQI > = 7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Have a family history of mental illness or a history of other mental illness; b) History of alcohol, drug, psychoactive substance abuse; c) Insomnia caused by other sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, periodic leg movements, etc.; d) Suffering from serious medical diseases including cardiovascular system, urinary system, respiratory system, digestive system and other serious physical diseases; e) pregnant or lactating women; f) Have a history of neurological disease, a history of head trauma, mass disease, encephalitis and other organic lesions; g) Those who are unable to adhere to the treatment due to objective factors such as distance and time.
