Functional tricuspid regurgitation after left-sided valve surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) After left heart valve surgery (no obvious lesions after aortic valve and/or mitral valve surgery); (2) Moderate or severe tricuspid regurgitation occurred during the medium and long-term follow-up after surgery, or the degree of tricuspid regurgitation increased by more than 1 level compared with before; (3) Age 18 years old or above, gender is not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. First surgery combined with congenital heart disease; 2. Organic tricuspid regurgitation (TR); 3. Moderate or greater TR present during the first surgery or concurrent tricuspid valve surgery; 4. Moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation detected during hospitalization after the first surgery; 5. Failure to undergo regular follow-up echocardiograms; 6. Requirement for re-intervention on left-sided cardiac valves.
