Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures Combined Diabetes

Interventions

Research group:X-ray showed that the patient was given ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca block 0.25% ropivacaine 30-40ml on the fracture side immediately after the intertrochanteric fracture.
Control group:Depending on the patients pain score and blood glucose level, nonsteroidal and opioid analgesics are given.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. X-ray diagnosis of unilateral hip fracture (femoral intertrochanteric or femoral neck fracture combined with diabetes); 2. Age>=60 years old; 3. Received treatment in Suqian Hospital of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, including hemijoint replacement or total hip replacement for femoral neck fracture, proximal anti-rotation of femoral nail (PFNA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Opioid addiction; 3. Puncture site infection; 4. Pre-existing neurological diseases; 5. Allergic history of local anesthetics.
