18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years of age or older; (2) Ability to independently read and understand questionnaires; (3) Ability to independently use a smartphone to access the internet; (4) Not currently undergoing psychotherapy or medication treatment; (5) No severe depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 > 20); (6) No suicidal ideation (PHQ-9 item 9 > 1); (7) At least moderate symptoms of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7 >= 10), Social Anxiety Disorder (BSPS > 34), or Panic Disorder (PHQ-PD = 5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals currently undergoing psychological therapy or medical therapy; 2. Individuals with a risk of suicide.
