Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with shoulder periarthritis who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, and are classified as cold dampness obstruction type based on syndrome differentiation. (2) VAS score ranges from 4 to 10 points, with a disease course of 1-12 months and an age of >= 40 and <= 70 years old; (3) Have not received any other related treatment or used any related painkillers in the past month. (4) The patient is conscious, carefully reads and signs the informed consent form, and voluntarily joins this clinical study. The above four criteria must be met simultaneously in order to be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contact allergy or allergy to wormwood smoke, or poor compliance of patients, who are unwilling to accept fire dragon jar and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment; (2) Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation disorders, or mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate; (3) The affected skin has conditions such as ulceration and infection; (4) Shoulder pain and functional impairment caused by cervical spondylosis or other external shoulder factors; (5) Those who use drugs without authorization before or during treatment and affect the efficacy evaluation of this study; If any of the above 5 criteria are met, they will be excluded
