Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newborns born with a gestational age of >= 22 weeks; 2. Admitted to the NICU within 7 days after birth; 3. Respiratory distress requiring noninvasive/invasive ventilator support; 4. Oxygen concentration> 40%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cyanotic congenital heart disease; 2. Children born with significant malformations (malformations that do not generally cause PPHN but that predispose the child to death or parental abandonment of treatment, e.g., Pierre-Robin Syndrome, Marfan Syndrome, etc.); 3. Patients with severe hemorrhage, e.g., pulmonary hemorrhage, grade >=2 intracranial hemorrhage (IVH), clearly identified prior to admission; 4. Chromosomal diseases; 5. Patients with metabolic disorders; 6. Automatic discharge or transfer to a hospital other than a participating center; 7.Those who refused to participate in the study.
