Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis; 2.Patients are scheduled for elective hip/knee joint replacement surgery under spinal anesthesia; 3.ASA I ~ III; 4.Sign the written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2.There are contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia (such as abnormal coagulation, puncture site infection, increased intracranial pressure, intraspinal tumor, spinal trauma, etc.); 3.Allergic to local anesthesia drugs and ultrasonic couplings; 4.Patients with abnormal mental state unable to cooperate; 5.Patient rejection; 6.Patients with a history of lumbar surgery;
