Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This case report presents a 54-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with "unstable angina" at an outside hospital due to recurrent precordial pain lasting over one month, with worsening symptoms over the past four days. She was subsequently transferred to our hospital for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). During intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), it was discovered that she actually had an aortic dissection involving the right coronary artery. The timely modification of the surgical plan ultimately transformed a critical situation into a safe outcome for the patient.
