Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age is more than 40 years old and less than 80 years old; 2. Blood biochemical examination showed elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA) (>4 ng/mL), or positive prostatorectal digital examination (DRE); 3.Imaging results showed suspicious lesions (mpMRI showed PI-RADS=4 points); 4. Patients who are scheduled to undergo puncture biopsy and/or surgery in our hospital and obtain pathological results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other systemic diseases; 2. Patients who are intolerant of PET and SPECT examinations; 3. Patients who plan to undergo endocrine drug therapy or radiotherapy within one week; 4. Patients who do not tolerate surgery; 5. Patients with metastases of prostate cancer.
