Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From January 2012 to November 2020, 50 cases of liver biopsy pathological sections diagnosed as PBC were studied in the Department of Pathology of China-Japan Friendship Hospital. 2.There were complete pathological information, including CK7 immunohistochemical staining, CD34 immunohistochemical staining, MUM-1 immunohistochemical staining, D-PAS and mesh +Masson trichromatic staining. 3.Relevant clinical data are available: at least blood tests (liver and kidney function, lipids), abdominal imaging (abdominal ultrasound or CT or MRI or MRCP).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological information was incomplete: HE stained sections, CK7 immunohistochemical sections, CD34 immunohistochemical sections, and mesh +Masson three-color stained sections were lacking. 2.Lack of clinical data: lack of any of the liver function and abdominal imaging.
