Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment confirmed clinically, including cases with single retinal hole or multiple retinal holes confined to one area, should meet the conditions of the disease that can be treated by suprachoroidal buckling surgery or comparative traditional scleral buckling surgery. 2.Patients aged from 1 to 65 years old, whose physical condition can tolerate the operation and follow-up examination are complete, and no serious systemic disease affects the ocular surgery and recovery process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemorrhagic or exudative retinal detachment. 2.Combined with other serious eye diseases (such as advanced glaucoma, uncontrollable intraocular inflammation, proliferative vitreoretinopathy above grade IV, etc.), which may interfere with the observation of the therapeutic effect of suprachoroidal buckling surgery. Patients with a history of previous intraocular surgery may have a significant impact on the results of this study. 3.Patients in whom cerclage was used intraoperatively.
