Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective hip surgery; Age>60 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II to III; BMI 18.5 to 30.0 kg/m2; Expected postoperative ICU stay longer than 48 hours; ICU patients Delirium early prediction model (E-PRE-DELIRIC) score >= 10%; There was no cognitive impairment before surgery, and the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score was >=24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of mental or neurological disease (including depression, severe central nervous system disease, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease or Alzheimer’s disease); Severe impairment that may hinder cognitive testing (such as blindness, severe deafness or dementia); History of psychotropic drug or opioid use, history of delirium, history of alcohol abuse or withdrawal within the past 6 months; After admission to the ICU and before intervention, use the ICU-CAM scale to assess the occurrence of delirium; Those who have participated in other clinical researchers.
