The distance between the tumor and the liver envelope is less than 5mm group:Alfentanil + Dexmedetomidine
The distance from liver cancer to liver capsule is >5mm group:Alfentanil + Dexmedetomidine

18 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Percutaneous radiofrequency/microwave ablation of liver cancer was proposed 2. Age 18-69 3. Single tumor, tumor size <= 5cm 4. ASA I - III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe bradycardia (HR<50 beats/min), sick sinus syndrome, grade 2 or above atrioventricular block without pacemaker implantation 2. Portal hypertension; 3. Severe liver function impairment (Child-Pugh grade C); 4. Renal failure (requiring kidney replacement therapy); 5. The patient refused to participate in this study
