Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for primary Sjögren's syndrome; 2. Age>= 18 years old and =18 years old and <=80 years old, gender is not limited; 4. Understand, agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other autoimmune diseases, 2. Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Have a history of malignant tumors; 5. Treated with hormones and immunosuppressants within the past 3 months. Exclusion criteria for healthy people: 1. Serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Have a history of malignant tumors; 4. Treated with hormones and immunosuppressants within the past 3 months.
