Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>=60 years old; Individuals with certain abilities in daily living activities (Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score<=22 points); Chronic diseases and stable functional status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have been diagnosed with vascular dementia or Lewy body dementia based on age; Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome; Individuals with osteoarthritis that affects their motor function; Fracture occurred within 12 months; Extremely limited visual and auditory abilities affecting normal communication; Diagnosed with severe dementia; Being in the acute phase of illness or experiencing unstable functional status; I am currently participating in other clinical studies.
