Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-55, male or female, right-handed; 2.Primary diagnosis: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (meets DSM-V diagnostic criteria); 3.Disease severity: For people with OCD, the Yale-Brown Scale score is 16 or greater; 4.In the last month, the medication regimen has been stable; 5.Did not receive any physical therapy; 6.Sign informed consent; 7.Normal vision or corrected vision; 8.Subject is capable of completing the tests specified in the protocol;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal cognitive status (assessed using MoCA and score <24); 2. Antisocial personality disorder; 3. Obvious self-injurious intent or severe suicidal tendencies within the past year; 4. There are uncorrectable visual and auditory impairments that cannot complete the scale and other related tests; 5. There are metal implants in the body, such as pacemakers, metal stents, etc.; 6. Occurrence of any present or future occurrence that may jeopardize the patient's safety or cause the patient to be unable to successfully participate in the study (medical, psychological, social or geographical factors); 7. Lack of good adherence; 8. Claustrophobia 9. History of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy 10. Pregnant or lactating women (Women of childbearing potential must obtain a negative pregnancy test prior to the start of the study and use of medically recognized contraceptive measures); 11. Decreased or failed function of important organs such as heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc.; or unstable vital signs; 12. Previous or concomitant neurological diseases: cerebrovascular disease, central nervous system infection, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, traumatic brain dementia, other physical and chemical factors (drugs, alcohol, CO, etc.), important physical diseases (hepatic encephalopathy, pulmonary encephalopathy, etc.), intracranial mass lesions (subdural hematoma, brain tumors), endocrine system lesions (thyroid diseases, parathyroid diseases), and dementia caused by vitamins or any other causes; 13. Have comorbidities with other psychiatric disorders (e.g., comorbid diagnosis of depression in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder)
