Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of cancer pain is confirmed through clinical diagnosis, pathological analysis, and imaging examinations; 2.Age >=60 years old; 3.Patients who have been taking morphine 60mg or an equivalent dose of analgesic medication for more than one week; 4.The patient is conscious and can understand the content of the survey; 5.Both the patient and their family are informed and consent to voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from severe mental illness; 2.With severe cognitive impairment; 3.If the condition worsens and the study cannot be continued.
