Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for normal controls were BCVA = 0.5; SE within +/-6.00D; IOP below 21mmHg; clear ocular media, no history of intraocular surgery except for cataract surgery; no macular and optic nerve diseases. 2. Inclusion criteria for POAG patients (Including POAG and NTG patients)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for normal controls: 1. Abnormal optic disc structure, such as cup to disc ratio >= 0.5; The rim shape does not comply with the ISNT rule; The difference in cup to disc ratio between the two eyes is >= 0.2; Localized or diffuse loss of RNFL; Optic disc hemorrhage or optic disc tilt; 2. Any systemic diseases that causes changes in the optic nerve; 3. Blured ocular media that interferes with fundus imaging and HD-OCT imaging, imaging signal strength= 15%; false negative rate >= 15%; fixation loss >= 20%); 2. Any systemic disease that causes changes in the optic nerve; 3. Blured ocular media that interferes with fundus imaging and HD-OCT imaging, signal strength <6; 4. Patients who underwent laser or surgical treatment during the follow-up period.
