Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with atopic dermatitis (1) Consistent with the clinical diagnosis points of AD and chronic pruritus; (2) Itching symptoms that last for more than 6 weeks; (3) VAS score>=50 points; (4) Age 18-70 years old; (5) Sign informed consent. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Population: (1) Aged 18-70 (including 18 and 70 years old); (2)BMI:18.5-23.9kg/m^2; (3) No insomnia, cognitive impairment, depression, anxiety and other symptoms (insomnia index ISI27 points, depression scale PHQ-9<5 points, anxiety scale GAD-7<5 points, somatic symptoms PHQ-15<5 points); (4) Sign a letter of inform.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Atopic Dermatitis: (1) Patients with tumor/precancerous lesions at the test site, or active infection; (2) subjects with other diseases accompanied by chronic itching; (3) Those who have mental illness or mental disorder and cannot cooperate with the test; (4) Pregnancy or lactation; (5) Suffering from serious internal diseases; (6) poor compliance; (7) Subjects who are considered unsuitable by the investigator. Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Persons: (1) Mental, neurological, and major internal diseases; (2) History of brain trauma and/or trauma; (3) Have bad habits such as drug abuse, smoking, and alcoholism.
