Stellate Ganglion Block(SGB) Group:General anesthesia induces anterior ultrasound-guided right stellate ganglion block.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecologic patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for benign lesions; 2. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score >= 14 points; 3. ASA grade ? ~ ?; 4. Age 18~65 years old; 5.18~28kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious neuropsychiatric diseases; 2. Coagulation disorders, skin infection at the puncture site of stellate ganglion block; 3. Glaucoma, goiter; 4. Recent history of myocardial infarction, cardiac excitation conduction abnormality; 5. Patients with communication disorders; 6. Previous stellate ganglion block.
