Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years old; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the World Health Organization (1999) criteria; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot (DF) of the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Wagner grading 1-5 ; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 5. Patients who can communicate normally and cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or myocardial infarction within the last 3 months and other major diseases; 2. Those with severe acute complications of diabetes; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. Patients who cannot communicate normally, patients with severe communication disorders, and patients with severe cognitive disorders.
