Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages between 18 and 75 years old; males only 2. Abnormal PSA levels between 4-20ng/ml or abnormal findings on digital rectal examination (DRE) 3. PI-RADS score ranging from 3 to 5 points 4. Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of pathological diagnosis or prior treatment for prostate cancer. 2. Presence of a family history of prostate cancer 3. Existence of other primary malignancies 4. Inadequate MRI sequences or poor image quality 5. Contraindications to undergoing MRI examination or biopsy 6. Use of medications known to affect PSA levels 7. Clinical stage of prostate cancer greater than T3a or no intention to undergo radical prostatectomy (RP) 8. The time interval between MRI and biopsy being more than 3 months, and the time interval between MRI and RP being more than 6 months.
